Safe return!

The Dough Queen and I made it to the Expo and back in one piece! Kris did an awesome job on the crummy roads on Sunday and, despite some issues with a less-than-accurate GPS, we didn’t get lost! 
We saw a lot of stuff, learned a lot of stuff and ate a lot of stuff. I’m looking forward to making some changes to our carbon footprint-we got some pointers on becoming more green. And I am excited about some website and newsletter ideas. There was also the most phenomenal cheese section! (You may have noticed how I feel about cheese!) Kris and I sampled some really fantastic cheeses along with some that other people may like but that we don’t really ever really want to encounter again! (When you stop in at UBake, make sure you ask her about the Chicken Soup Cheese-hopefully, you will be able to try it for yourself in the very near future!)
