Feedback

I just wanted to thank everyone who has taken the time to give us feedback. Whether it be a comment card you filled out at the store or a comment through the website or an email that you’ve sent, they are very important to us. We want to hear it all, the good, the bad, and the ugly. And I’m not just saying that! Nothing is better than sharing a great comment with the crew member that’s mentioned or telling the whole crew that someone thinks we did something well. But we also need to know when we screwed up. We can’t fix something we don’t know about and we work really hard on fixing our cracks! (There’s really not much we can do for the cracks in our sanity so maybe don’t mention those!)
