Sluggish Monday

Have you noticed that everyone feels a little like a slug on the Monday following a holiday? It always seems to be so much more than the usual “Gotta go back to work ‘cuz it’s Monday” issue. Is it because we eat too much, or is Monday back at work just that much harder after you celebrate a Sunday holiday? I suppose having most kids home from school kind of adds to the feeling that we really don’t belong at work. I don’t really know what it is for sure but I am determined to fight it!
